When becoming a member of mosquitoradio.com, you agree to have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
With your registration, you agree to receive newsletter from mosquitoradio.com on the email address you register with.
By signing up to the 2 days trial subscription on mosquitoradio.com, the member accept this agreement by any legally recognizable means and hereby acknowledge that he/she will be irrevocably agreeing to all the terms, conditions and other provisions set forth in this agreement.
Mosquitoradio.com will not be responsible for actions taken by members who have not read our Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are originally written in English and have been translated into other languages using this text. If there are misunderstandings in any translated material, it is always the original English Terms and Conditions that will prevail.
Premium membership details
Mosquitoradio.com have one vision: The Best Radio Experience.
We offer access to more than 5.000 national and international radio stations, webradios and podcasts with just one click. You can enjoy and listen old songs or the top hit of the moment, but also keep in touch with news, sports, art and weather. Our multimedia platform categorize every radio stations by both geolocation and genre and you can easily save your favourite stations of your member account. Mosquitoradio uses a unique search algorithm to find all the radio stations that may be suitable for you.
With MosquitoRadio.com apps you have the entire range of radio stations on your smartphone or tablet.
Members must be at least eighteen (18) years old and use a valid credit card or other payment solutions, offered by site operator. Any member to the website warrants and represents that he/she is at least eighteen (18) years of age and has the legal capacity to enter into agreements of this nature. If this is not the case, then any prizes won will not be delivered.
When you join our service, then the trial period costs typically from 1 to 5 €. The trial period covers 2 days.
After the trial period of 2 days, then your monthly subscription will automatically start. The subscription is a monthly subscription that costs 89€ per 30 days.
The money will automatically be deducted from the credit card or other payment method you chose at registration, monthly in advance. Money will be deducted from the credit card or other payment method you provided at registration.
You must not take any further action after signing in with the payment. Only if you get a new credit card, then you should inform us about this or else your account will be closed. Your subscription will automatically stop if money can’t be drawn from credit card or other payment method.
You can always unsubscribe from our club, as long as you follow the conditions you submit to when registering for our services (these can always be found and read at all our campaigns). You can easily unsubscribe sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, which always respond within two business days, or you can log into your profile and then unsubscribe yourself. We recommend that you login and unsubscribe yourself as it goes way faster, as you do not have to wait up to 48 hours for a response from our support team.
Complaints for MosquitoRadio.com
If you experience any problems with our service, or if you can not log in, you must contact our customer support via e-mail (info@MosquitoRadio.com) no later than 14 days after registering and gaining access to MosquitoRadio.com. If you experience any problems with your access at a later point, you ust have to click on link “forget password”
Payment happens through credit/debit cards.
Payment happens through an SSL-encrypted connection. I.e. there is maximum security for payments made to MosquitoRadio.com. We have maximum security on our servers – this is to provide reassurance for our customers.
We accept the following card types at MosquitoRadio.com
Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club.
Collection for membership is done one month in advance. You will be charged € 89 every 30 days, starting the 1st day after your 2 days trial period in the club at MosquitoRadio.com. You can at all times cancel your membership.
Modification of card information in relation to membership at MosquitoRadio.com
If a user gets new card information, the user is required to inform MosquitoRadio.com about the new card information in order to be able to continue the membership. MosquitoRadio.com reserves the right to cancel a user’s membership without prior notice should a card happen to be expired, changed, etc. In order to reactivate the membership, the user must contact MosquitoRadio.com for help. Members can always call customer support in relation to questions and help regarding change of card information. You can always send an e-mail to info@MosquitoRadio.com with your cancellation or wish to pause your subscription. This may e.g. be if you are going traveling without an internet connection. When you contact customer support it is important that you inform them about the following information: order number,/customer number, name, e-mail and address.
It is not possible to cancel your membership at MosquitoRadio.com during the first 48 hours from signing up due to technical delays with regard to creating your account in our big systems.
Members of mosquitoradio.com may get their moneyback of the last payment, under certain circumstances.
To get this form, please get in touch with our customer care at email@example.com within 15 days after the payment date. Members may only be entitled to a refund, if no member benefits have been used. Please note that any trial period fees are non-refundable.
Your information are kept encrypted in our customer register, and are only used for forwarding information about your membership at MosquitoRadio. Furthermore, we use your information to contact you with information regarding our service.
You can always in touch with our customer support via phone or e-mail. Our telephone hours are from 8am to 12pm Mon-Fri. Customer support is closed on weekends and all public holidays. We recommend all of our users to send us an e-mail with questions, as there may be a lot of waiting on the phones. E-mails must be sent to info@MosquitoRadio.com. You can contact customer support by phone on +44 72051709. Customer support only provides support in English. Should you have any questions that can not be answered by the person in question at customer support this employee will seek advice and get back to you as soon as possible.
In case of credit card fraud, mosquitoradio.com can never be held responsible. In case of a dispute concerning the payment, members must immediately inform mosquitoradio.com via customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. mosquitoradio.com reserves the right to modify payment terms, prizes as well as the content of offers and services at any time without notice. If mosquitoradio.com should change the monthly subscription price, all members will be notified 30 days prior to the change taking effect.
Shipping of prizes
The winning member will receive an email with the result and the prize will be sent to the winner’s email address. The member must then claim the product from one of our delivery partners. If the prize is a physical product the winner will receive an email from mosquitoradio.com in which, the winner will be asked to confirm the postal address.
Please note that if you have signed up through a competition or a draw (for instance to win an iPhone, LG TV or others prize), you will be contacted directly if you win. A welcome gift is in this case not applicable and cannot be claimed.
In order to receive your gift, you must follow the instructions that you will receive in a separate e-mail. The gift is NOT automatically shipped, and is only available if you take advantage of the trial period for more than 10 days. If you cancel your trial membership within 10 days, or if your entered credit/debit card subsequently does not have sufficient funds, you no longer have the right to receive a welcome prize, and your request for the prize will automatically be rejected. The same is true for competitions connected to the campaign, if there is a such. The right to an introduction prize lapses should the user not confirm the data within 10 days from signing up. Limit 1 prize per household. The address must be confirmed via our website with scanned documentation that corresponds with the address entered upon registration (e.g. electricity bill, health insurance, or the like). Alternatively, the user, via his/her profile at MosquitoRadio, must enter information in such a manner that the prize can be shipped. All documentation that is scanned, should this option be chosen, will be deleted immediately afterwards.
Abuse. What happens when you misuse MosquitoRadio
It is only allowed to have one Premium Membership per MosquitoRadio user, and only one MosquitoRadio user account per person. In case of violation of this condition, MosquitoRadio can at any time cancel the agreement and cancel any prizes that may have been won. By misusing the website you also lose the right to a refund of the money you may have paid to MosquitoRadio for a Premium Membership.
Promotional offers including a welcome gift are limited to one per household and per person and valid until stocks last. Violation of this will also lead to cancellation of the agreement. MosquitoRadio also reserves the right not to refund the money may be paid for the invalid Premium Membership.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice
Our Website follows the safe harbor provisions of 17 USC. § 512, otherwise known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). As such, we will respond to written notification of copyright infringements in accordance with the DMCA. If you believe your copyrighted material is being infringed on our Website, please contact us immediately.
In order for us to respond, you must provide us notice in a form that substantively complies with the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA. Your notice of claimed infringement must be a written and include ALL of the following:
a) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works, a representative list of such works.

d) Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.

f) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If you do not provide a written notice that meets these elements, we will not honor your request and are not required by law to do so.
